• To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing the same have ceased to exist although they have been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other legislation, and ask that the process carried out in this context be notified to the third parties to whom personal data have been transmitted,
• To object to occurrence of any result, if any, which is to your detriment by means of analysis of personal data exclusively through automated systems,
• To demand indemnification of loss if you suffer loss due to processing of such data in breach of the law.

As a data subject, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to our Company via the Data Subject Application Form available at https://www.ykleasing.com.tr/Files/leasing/Ilgili_Kisi_Basvuru_Formu.pdf your request will be finalised as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the procedure requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board will be charged by the Company.
